You can’t miss those two white buildings off Interstate 79 at the Kirwin Heights exit, nor the large DDI logo that faces the highway. But many folks might not know what exactly goes on inside one of the largest corporations based in Collier Township. Development Dimensions International is a multi-national  human resources company that’s one of the most respected and sought-after firms in its field.

With offices in 26 countries and a client list that reads like a who’s-who of the world’s most prominent corporations (Mattel, Caterpillar, New York Life), DDI has established itself as a premier organization when companies need assistance with their human resource operations.

Specifically, DDI helps companies implement hiring systems to help identify the best candidates for job openings, and trains staff and managers to maximize their performance potential. 

DDI also helps firms identify develop leaders from people already within a company.

The company was founded by two industrial psychologists – William C. Byham, Ph.D., and the late Douglas W. Bray, Ph.D. – who developed groundbreaking methods of assessing employees and candidates for employment.
