Fayette staff and students were featured in a recent commercial
sponsored by WPGH-TV and Subway Restaurants. The station is
producing public service announcements that highlight ways local
districts are working to keep their students healthy. While
there were only 10 seconds to send our message about making
healthy food choices, Tricia Wood, Supervisor of Food Services,
talked about giving our Middle School students more than 14
different choices of fruits and vegetables to complete a
standard lunch. The WPGH crew also filmed students Ashley
Iagnemma, Caitlin McLuckie and Zachary Challingsworth getting
their healthy lunches and eating in our food court.
