This year, sixth
grade students at South Fayette Middle School are busy “paying
it forward” and giving
back to our community.
On November 21, the
entire grade made “Warm Winter Wish” bags for patients at
Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. The bags were decorated by
the students and were filled with snowman playing cards, a small
stuffed animal, winter picture frames made by the students, and
a coloring/activity booklet constructed by the students. The
goal of the project is to bring a little bit of joy and
brightness to children in the hospital.
Holiday
stories that will provoke laughter and tears, or maybe just a
heartwarming smile...
